This blog's purpose is to archive scheduled concert dates in New Zealand - international and local artists, covering late 70s - late 90s. It will by no means be 100% complete, and it will most likely be a "work in progress" for a very long time ;-)
I saw this show at Mainstreet Auckland.
ReplyDeleteMind blowing for a 15 year old schoolkid. A couple of my school mates couldn't get in the door, but I was lucky.
One interesting thing was Russ Le Roq (Russell Crowe) was on Queen Street with his guitar busking outside before this show!
I loved the Newmatics, Blam Blam Blam and the Mee Mees.
I also saw the Newmatics at that theatre that was illegally demolished by Chase Corporation to build Chase Plaza in Queen St.
